Storage Management
At GoPro I was in control of the storage of all Event/Tradeshow tools that were used throughout the season. This in total covered over 15,000m2. Through using two of our agencies: Brandroom GmbH & LiveTec GmbH.
It was my responsibility to make sure that all of the storage items were up & running ready for the events season. This included maintenance, creating/updating. Further to this, I had to make sure that the branding was constantly updated to be current with the brand as well as towards the new GoPro cameras.
I also had the responsibility of organising the operations/transport of these items to the specific event venues across EMEA.
