GoPro

At GoPro I was in control of the Events & Operations budget which annually was over $600K. I held full strategic decision making on how to use this budget from Event activations to agency invoicing.

It was my responsibility to make sure that I hit the budget which was provided to me every year, keeping constant track of this per quarter. I held regular meetings with our finance team & have great experience in both creating PO’s & invoicing. I am proficient in using: Excel, Salesforce, Jira & Concur.

At Com2uS I was in control of specific projects budget. These ranged from: Human Resources, Travel & event management. The budgets varied from 120K to 500K depending on the project.

It was my responsibility to make sure that we met the exact budget requirements as many invoices would be paid directly from South Korea.
